Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept product exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags intact, ensuring they do not affect secondary sales.
Shipping & Customs Costs: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels and arranging the shipment. All return shipping fees, as well as any potential import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred during the exchange process, shall be fully borne by the customer.
Price Differences: - If the exchanged item is of higher value than the original purchase, the customer must pay the remaining balance before the new item is shipped.
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer's original payment method.

Once we receive and confirmed that your return is fine, your refund will be processed within 4–5 business days.
Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 5–10 business days to process the refund.
Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method.
