Welcome to DIASHARK.com! All our products come with a 12-months warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact us if you have any problems!

Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept product exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags intact, ensuring they do not affect secondary sales.


Shipping & Customs Costs: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels and arranging the shipment. All return shipping fees, as well as any potential import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred during the exchange process, shall be fully borne by the customer.


Price Differences: - If the exchanged item is of higher value than the original purchase, the customer must pay the remaining balance before the new item is shipped.
  - If the exchanged item is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer's original payment method.

Situations Supporting Return
Brand-new and not used, still in their original packaging with all tags intact, suitable for resale. Items showing obvious signs of use or with damaged packaging cannot be returned.

How to return and get a refund/replacement?
Step 1: Please contact our DIASHARK customer service ( Contact us ) and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.
Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provide the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.).
Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

2.Reasons Not Supporting Free Return

Arrived too late DIASHARK will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.

User’s error Any damage caused by user’s misoperation will not be covered/ Bought wrong 
Note: For above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return & restock.
3. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and confirmed that your return is fine, your refund will be processed within 4–5 business days.
Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 5–10 business days to process the refund.
Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method.
